(A Division of GAF Materials Canada ULC) Accepted for the RoofStar Guarantee Program June 11, 2026 Accepted for application in Waterproofing Roof Systems Grade-level Waterproofing Systems Acceptance Criteria None (See Article 10.1.6.1. in the RGC Standards for Waterproofing Roofs and Grade-level Waterproofing for acceptable material properties) Product Summary The Situra FlamLINE Expansion Joint is manufactured from a proprietary co-polymer with polyester reinforcement for thermal stability. The product's manufacturing permits monolithic seam vulcanization, tri-directional movement and high fire resistance. The adhesion to the waterproofing membrane sheet is torch-welded. The torchable membrane is heated and the liquefied asphalt penetrates into the FlamLINE dimpled surface for a homogenous bond. FlamLINE is compatible with torch-applied asphaltic and self-adhered membrane. All detailing is factory manufactured to suit site specific requirements. The Situra FlamLINE Expansion Joint is delivered to the job site in one continuous roll for the project. All seaming is a proprietary vulcanization process, which results in monolithic and elastic seams. Seaming can also be done on site if required (See the RGC Standards for permissible site seaming and limitations). The numbers indicate the gap size bridged by the joint: FlamLINE 20 FlamLINE 40 FlamLINE 100 FlamLINE 240 The Situra FlamLINE Expansion Joint is fully warrantied by Siplast, Inc. when installed with their membranes. it is also fully covered by the RoofStar Guarantee Program for use with Siplast, Inc.
